When a job is accepted, the agreed payment is held in Shuzog escrow — the worker never chases payment, and the employer never pays for work that was not done.
1. Money held, not paid
The agreed price moves into escrow the moment a live hire is accepted, before the worker travels.
2. Released after verification
The employer verifies the finished work, then escrow releases — the worker is paid the price minus the platform fee, for example ৳90 from a ৳100 job.
3. Fair cancellation
Cancel before work starts and the employer is refunded. Cancel after work starts and the escrow is disputed — support and Super Admin review it and settle the split.

When a job is accepted, the agreed payment is held safely in Shuzog escrow. It is released to the worker only after the employer verifies the work is complete. If work is cancelled before it starts, the employer is refunded.
How fast is a live hire?
For urgent work, a live request goes to nearby workers who respond within a minute. Once accepted, you track the worker's arrival live.
Do I need one account for hiring and working?
Yes. One Shuzog account covers both: switch between your Employee and Employer profiles from your dashboard any time.
How do I become verified?
Submit your NID photo and a live face selfie, or visit the office in person (offline verification). The support team reviews and decides; the decision is final.
