The agent collects cash at the door when the receiver pays by COD, and the delivery charge is settled automatically after OTP confirmation — 70% to the agent, 30% to the platform. In one completed delivery that meant ৳92 to the agent and ৳39.36 to the platform from a ৳131.36 charge.

Nothing counts as delivered until the receiver shares the one-time code. No code, no delivery — so a parcel is never marked delivered while it is still on the road, and every trip is tracked live until the door.
