The teams you would join
Support — the live-operations team
Support runs the marketplace while it is live: dispatching within a 15 km radar, assigning and escalating requests, answering tickets and live chat, verifying profiles, and watching the safety console for SOS alerts inside live jobs.
Engineering — the platform team
Engineering builds the API, the double-checked money ledger, the realtime gateway and the web and native apps — one wallet, one account, live tracking on every job.
Finance — the money team
The Accountant approves deposits, prepares the ledger under maker-checker rules and closes the courier and escrow books, so every taka is accounted for.
People — the HR team
HR runs recruitment, onboarding, leave and payroll, defines the nine company KPIs centrally, and handles exits and final settlements.
How it works here
Leave runs in two stages — your manager approves first, then HR gives the final decision. Managers write performance reviews that you can see and acknowledge, and training runs across every team.
