Terms of Service

1. The marketplace. Shuzog connects employers with workers, couriers and shops in Bangladesh. Shuzog is not the employer of workers on the platform.

2. Accounts. You register with your mobile number and password. One account may hold both an Employee and an Employer profile; you are responsible for keeping your password private.

3. Escrow and cancellation. Job payments are held in escrow and released after verified completion. Cancellation before work starts is refunded; cancellation after work starts is treated as disputed and resolved by the support team.

4. Verification. Verified status requires NID and face verification (or an in-person office visit). Shuzog may suspend accounts that submit false documents.

5. Courier and shop. Courier deliveries are confirmed by OTP; shop orders carry 15% VAT and the delivery charges shown at checkout.

6. Fair use. Do not misuse the platform, post false jobs, or contact users outside Shuzog to avoid escrow protection. Violations may lead to suspension.
