1. What we collect. Your name, phone number, profile details, job activity, and — only if you submit them — NID and face photos for verification.

2. Why we collect it. To run the marketplace: match jobs, process escrow payments, arrange courier delivery, and keep the platform safe.

3. Verification documents. NID and face photos are stored encrypted and are visible only to the support team that reviews them. They are never sold or shared with advertisers.

4. Location. Live tracking uses your location only during an active job or courier trip, and only the other party to that job can see it.

5. Your control. You can update your profile, switch profiles, and request deletion of your account through support. Legal and financial records are kept as required by law.
