How does escrow protect me?
When a job is accepted, the agreed payment is held safely in Shuzog escrow. It is released to the worker only after the employer verifies the work is complete. If work is cancelled before it starts, the employer is refunded.
How fast is a live hire?
For urgent work, a live request goes to nearby workers who respond within a minute. Once accepted, you track the worker's arrival live.
Do I need one account for hiring and working?
Yes. One Shuzog account covers both: switch between your Employee and Employer profiles from your dashboard any time.
How do I become verified?
Submit your NID photo and a live face selfie, or visit the office in person (offline verification). The support team reviews and decides; the decision is final.
What happens if I cancel a job?
Cancel before work starts and the escrow is refunded to the employer. Cancel after work has started and the escrow is marked disputed — the support team and Super Admin review it and settle the split.
What does the platform charge on a completed job?
A platform fee applies only on completed, verified work — 10% of the agreed price, for example ৳10 on a ৳100 job. The fee is agreed upfront and never hidden.
How do I get paid, and how do I withdraw?
Job payments land in your Shuzog wallet. You can withdraw from ৳500 up to ৳50,000 at a time. Deposits are approved by the Accountant before your wallet is credited.
What if something goes wrong during a live job?
Tap SOS inside the job and the support team is alerted immediately — serious cases are escalated, including referral to the police. You can also raise a ticket from the Help Center; urgent tickets carry a 24-hour response SLA.
What do I need for a loan?
Loans need a verified profile, Level 3, at least 20 completed jobs and a rating of 3.0 or higher.
What does courier delivery cost?
৳55 inside Dhaka and ৳115 outside Dhaka. Delivery is confirmed with a one-time code shared by the receiver, and cash on delivery is supported.
How does courier delivery stay safe?
The nearest agent within 5 km accepts within 10 minutes and picks up within 60 minutes. The receiver shares an OTP at the door — no delivery without it — and the agent earns 70% of the delivery charge.
How do shop orders work?
Order from a verified local shop and pay through your Shuzog wallet. Shop VAT of 15% applies, delivery is ৳55 inside Dhaka and ৳115 outside, and pre-orders take a 50% advance.
